It has a small cut 4.5 cm, runs through the browband and is firmly connected to the throat strap. 
 
Only two straps are in the neck. 
 
The buckling in the neck and the super soft padding provide the horses for optimum uniform pressure distribution of the neck which can provide a higher stability and better support.
